The placing of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Please read carefully and keep a printed copy for future reference.

To order items through this website you must be at least 18 years of age. We will
treat each order for items as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to
these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your
statuary rights.

We the supplier have, the right to refuse at our discretion to supply any printed
matter ordered by you.

Description of goods
All descriptive matter, specifications and advertising are for the sole purpose of
giving an approximate description of the items/prints. Every effort is made to
make images a good representation of the actual product but 100% accuracy
cannot be guaranteed.

Payment method
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We use secure payment method, so
details will be entirely safe. On the order you must provide us with your exact
address as on the card and telephone number that your credit bank has on file for
you. Your order will only be dispatched once authorization of your credit has been
properly received. Your private financial data is not stored by ourselves or shared with any third party company.

Availability of goods
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
However it is our company policy to contact you if for any reason we find your
images are not suitable for printing and you will be offered a full refund or to reupload a more suitable image.

Delivery
All delivery addresses will be copied as per the customer input. All items must be signed for upon delivery, if however you are not available, a card will be posted through your door and the parcel must be collected from your local Royal Mail delivery office within 7 working days. In the event that either of the above are not carried out by the customer the parcel will be returned to our offices and an additional postage supplement will be charged to the customer at our standard postage rates.

Production Timescale Policy
The production of your printed item will take one working day, usually prints are shipped on the order day if ordering before 2.30pm with the exception of Saturday / Sunday when prints will be shipped on the Monday. When orders are placed after 2.30pm they will be shipped the following working day.

Delivery Timescale Policy

Orders Placed 1st Class Recorded Delivery take between one and ten working days to deliver.

Orders Placed Next Day Guaranteed will arrive the following working day if ordered before 2.30pm. Please note that when ordering on a Friday the following working day is a Monday and when ordering on a Saturday/Sunday the following working day is Tuesday.

Orders Placed International Shipping take around 7 - 20 working days to arrive depending on location.

If your order is urgent please check with a member of our staff for an acurate timescale (using the live help function).

Although the timescales above are usually much faster, please be aware that these are the guarnteed timescales offered by the Royal Mail.

Shortage
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on
the delivery or carrier consignment note. If suspect that there items missing from
delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage
must be noted on the delivery note and notify us within 2 days.

Non Deliveries
All items must be signed for by the customer upon delivery - however in the event of an item going missing in transit we will use the track and trace service offered by The Royal Mail. If the parcel is not recovered we will reprint the items and reship at no cost to the customer.

Events beyond our control.
We are not responsible for any delay or failure in carrying out our duties under this Agreement if the delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These circumstances include civil commotion, riots, flood, drought, fire, the postal service, the courier service, strikes, machine break downs. You must allow us reasonable time to carry out our duties in these circumstances.

Privacy
You expressly consent that we may use the personal data you have given to us in the Order solely for the purpose of production and delivery of your printed item Your email address will be added to our newsletter mailing list (opt out available) but all other data is deleted from our server and local machines upon the completion of your order.

Our obligations under this Agreement include but are not limited to the disclosure of your personal data to the companies and organisations engaged to supply and deliver the Product to you including without limitation printers of the Products, couriers and other relevant postal authorities, any other person and/or organisation engaged by us to fulfil your Order and all other relevant authorities who are entitled to or to whom we owe a legal obligation to the disclosure of your personal data.

You acknowledge that after having been advised of the purposes and circumstances under which your personal data may be used, processed and disclosed to other parties as detailed in these terms and conditions and on the Web site you explicitly consent to the disclosure and the transfer of your sensitive personal data to the printers of the Products, and relevant postal authorities.

Financial Data Privacy
Under no circumstances will we store your financial details on our web server or local machines. If ordering via telephone your transaction will be processed immidiately and no hard paper copies of the transaction will be stored. If you wish to pay online you will be redirected to a secure server (which is operated by PayPal) and no financial data, logins or passwords are captured by ourselves.

Newsletter Database
Your email address is stored on our server and is only used by ourselves. This data will not be passed on or sold to any third parties. At any point the customer can request to opt out of the newsletter.

Special Offers and Promotional Discounts
Special offers and discounts are applied to product prices only. The customer will still have to pay our standard postage rate for delivery of the prints unless otherwise stated.

Full colour printing
Every effort will be made to obtain the best possible colour reproduction on customer's work but because of the nature of the processes involved, we shall not be required to guarantee an exact match in colour or texture between the
customer's photograph and the printed Product.

Complaints
Should you need to contact us regarding products which you are not completely
satisfied please email us. We will respond to all complaints as soon as possible.

Refunds & Reurns
If you are not satisfied with your product you must contact our office within 1 day of its delivery. We are able to offer reprints on a damaged product basis, however we do not offer refunds on quality/colour correction basis. Due to clients using the posters for exhibitions and one day events we must have proof that the items are returned within one working day of the client signing for them.

Damaged in Transit - Time limitation of notification of claims
It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to delivered
goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and must be not
later than 2 days. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging
as this will be required to affect your claim against the Royal Mail. All returns are
dealt with by re-supply of prints.

Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by English law and will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts
