We are proud to announce further website updates with the addition of a searchable database of customers most frequently asked questions. Users will also be allowed to add their own questions and also rate the quality of answers we give. It is currently in beta testing with our programmers, but hopefully will be live and operational by 31.03.2007. This update shows once again our commitment to customer service and our growth in the wide format digital printing market place.

After helping the Queen Margret's School, Escrick in York we were please to open the following letter from the Prince's Trust.

Dear Carl,

I want to thank you so very much for supporting the girls of Queen Margaret's in such a splendid way throughout their Challenge 500 project. Their company Insomnia, was the first one in the country to try this out.

You may not be aware, but this was a part of a pilot project based around the concept of the Business Challenge 500 already active within the Prince's Trust, but adapted for an independent school using a business model. It was concieved by one of my business mentors who just also happens to be a business advisor with the school. The challenge was to raise at least £500 in a single academic term by forming and trading a company through the provision of either goods or services. The girls chose posters.

I am delighted to tell you that they not only achieved their goal but surpassed it by a considerable margin thanks mainly to your excellent service. I am looking forward to hearing their presentation on how they did it, and recieveing their cheque, but there is no doubt that they would have had a much tougher time if you had not worked so hard and kept your promise to deliver their products against their very tight time schedules imposed by the project rules. Thank you for your kind and generous support.

The challenge inside the school is still on going. As I write, a second company, Touche has been formed as Insomnia wound up. I have no idea what products or services they will opt for but I have no doubt that if their challenge involves "print", they will return to you.
